Not in love? No problem.

We accept returns within 14 days from your order ship date. A quick try-on is cool — brunch and date night are less cool.

Non-returnable

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment, as items in these conditions won’t be accepted.  If items in these conditions are sent back for exchange/return, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred. 

We are committed to providing quality products at accessible price. If your product is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution. Get in touch with us at customerservice@fewmoda.com.

Exchange for New Size 

In the next step, you'll be prompted to select a new size & color for the item you're exchanging. We'll ship the new item to you as soon as the original item is dropped off and scanned at the carrier.

We recommend that you mail back the original item at your earliest convenience after requesting the desired exchange, so it does not sell out in the meantime.

Free Exchange 

No shipping costs both ways — just print off the prepaid FedEx return label after moving through the steps above.
